Two 7 Ton Cable Pulling Machines Shipped to Iraq
Production of two units of 7 Ton Hydraulic Cable Pulling Machines for our customer in Iraq has been completed, and the shipping process has officially started.
From raw material to final testing, the entire production took 5 weeks. During this period, each machine was assembled, tested, and prepared according to the project requirements.
Designed for Controlled and Reliable Pulling
The HCPU7 Cable Pulling Machine is built for projects that demand steady pulling force and smooth operation.
It is well suited for power, telecom, and infrastructure works where cable control matters as much as pulling capacity.
The hydraulic drive system allows precise speed adjustment, while the diesel engine provides dependable power in field conditions.
This balance helps operators work safely and with confidence, even during long pulling operations.
Power Packed in Small Size
The machines have a maximum pulling force of 80 kN, continuous pulling of 70 kN. With 500 meters rope length and 14 mm rope diameter, the work could carried on in an efficient way without many stops. The HCPU7 prevents sudden load changes with a pulling speed of 30 meters per minute. The water-cooled 85 kW diesel engine ensures reliable performance over the course of a working day.
Ongoing Cooperation
This delivery is part of a wider cooperation with our Iraqi partner.
Additional machines are already in different stages of production.
At Allame Makina, we focus on practical engineering, clear communication, and realistic delivery schedules.
Each shipment reflects this approach, from the first drawing to the moment the machine leaves our facility.
